Before we move forward, it's important to look back—to acknowledge the small moments, the people who held us, and the ways in which we shapeshifted over the year. Looking back at the year is not necessarily about big changes or transitions, but about embracing the soft, subtle ways in which we became more of ourselves. The things we learned, the ways we healed, the conversations we had.

As a part of this workshop, we'll dive deep into our personal archives—photographs, text messages, voice memos, and the like—as a way of recording 2025. We'll practice writing around these pieces of material in a way that reminds us stories are born in everyday moments, and it's these everyday moments that make up a year—and a life.
